The Voice

Anders got home late Sunday night after being out all day with the vision trip team of pastors. He and I sat on the couch to debrief about the days activities. At about 11:30 p.m., Addi comes walking out of her room. She sees her daddy and gives him a big hug and cuddles up with him. She then goes on to say that she woke up in her bed and thought she heard God talking, but now she sees that it was only us talking. Anders took that moment to tell her the story about Samuel, (1 Samuel ch.3). We found it amazing that she would even consider the voice she heard to be the voice of God. One day He will call out "Adrielle", our prayer is that she will respond with, "speak, for your servant is listening."
