Moving Day

SO much has been going on since our last post, but we have not had the time to slow down to blog. But it just felt necessary to do one quick post before... getting on our airplane to fly to the States in just a few more hours!  Yep, moving day has finally arrived. It is hard to believe that our short-term missions adventure has come to an end. The time has flown by. (We hope to have another post soon, perhaps reflecting on the past 2 years.) But, we have made it out of our apartment in Temuco, road tripped and stayed one night in Santiago to drop off our company car, and all our bags are packed and ready to travel. Tonight we are leaving the Andes mountain range and tomorrow we will be landing in our beloved Rockies mountain range. Thank you all who have been praying us through this transition, we have seen and felt God's hand with us through it all. We still have some major transition ahead of us, we appreciate all prayers lifted up on our behalf. God is SO good, and we are amazed and thankful that the God of the universe is personal enough to walk with us, the little Snyder family, through such days as these.

This morning in my quiet time, I was given this verse to hold on to throughout these next couple of days of transition and travel.
"The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him." Psalm 28:7
