Game Off, Game On

What do you do if your holiday plans get rained out...and then the sun comes out and the day gets nice...except you already canceled your event?

You call your friends back and tell 'em to get over here 'cause it's back on!! That's what!

We got a call from our buddy Abner about 4pm telling us they were going to go ahead and have their party since the weather cleared up. So, we quickly packed up the kids and went and had some fun!

They had a head to head relay with three stations. Station one, walk and balance a tangerine in a spoon in your mouth. Station two, get the coin out of the bowl of water using just your mouth. Station three, find the candy hidden in the bowl of flour and get it out, again using just your mouth.

Then a sack race, three legged race, and tug of war. Wrap it up dancing the cueca, Chile's national dance and then eating some sweets and you've had a fun holiday. Of course, with Abner the idea is also always about outreach to his community as well. It was good to see the neighbors gathered together and seeing Christians having good, clean fun.
